House rules

General

- Respect the peace and nature on our grounds.

- Absolutely no music outside (out of respect for our lovely neighbors).

- Smoking is not allowed in the bedrooms.

- Quiet time on the property starts at 23:00.


In & Around the Houses

- Treat the houses, furniture, and art with love.

- Leave the kitchen clean upon departure (don’t forget the barbecue grill plate).


Community & Sustainability

- We follow a No-Waste Policy: please leave leftover food in the fridge, don’t throw it away.

- Separate your waste (glass, paper, organic, residual) and use the designated bins.

- Please take the trash outside upon departure.

- Water & energy are precious – use them consciously. Turn off the lights when going to bed and check the

jacuzzi.


Facilities

- Wellness facilities may be used until 22:00.

- Outdoor spaces are for everyone – please leave them tidy.

- No glass in or around the jacuzzi.

- Always close the jacuzzi cover after use. Failure to do so costs us €20 per night, which will be charged.


Respect & Privacy

- Our BoHo Crew lives and works on the property: we always respect your privacy and kindly ask the same in

return.

- Visitors who are not registered guests are only allowed after prior agreement.

- Be mindful of each other – this is a place for both connection and silence.


Check-out

- Check-out is at 11:00 (unless otherwise agreed).

- Leave the keys in the door and keep the door open.

- Double-check that you haven’t forgotten anything.
